Exhibition

An exhibition is being organized concurrently with the conference to provide an opportunity for the manufacturers and consultants to exhibit their products and services and to interact with the participants.  A fee of Rs.25,000/- per stall will be charged. Exhibitors will be given a free package of one page (Black & White) advertisement in the Souvenir and nomination of one delegate. Table size of  2 x 2 meter will be provided for each exhibitor.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship fee is Rs.1,00,000/-. Sponsors will be provided with the following special privileges:

Ø    Free registration for 4 delegates

Ø   One full-colour page advertisement in the Souvenir

Co-Sponsorship fee is Rs.75,000/-. Co-Sponsors will be provided with the following special privileges:

Ø    Free registration for 3 delegates 

Ø    One full-page advertisement in the Souvenir

Donorship fee is Rs.50,000/-  Donors will be provided with the following special privileges:

Ø    Free registration for 2 delegates 

Ø    Full page advertisement in the Souvenir

The names of sponsors, co-sponsors and donors will be cited in the conference materials and banners will be displayed in the conference hall.
